Quick answers
The five we get most.
Check that the section roster was published and the term start date has passed — accounts exist but stay inactive until both are true. If single sign-on is enabled, confirm the student appears in the identity provider group mapped to that section.
Mastery estimates only appear once items are tagged to skills and at least one attempt has been recorded. Open the item bank for the module and check the skill column; untagged items still grade normally but do not feed the model.
Use term rollover from the course settings. It copies content, structure and item banks into the new term and leaves rosters and attempt history behind. Nothing is overwritten in the original.
Yes, from the gradebook. Overrides are recorded with who made the change and when, and the original auto-graded value is kept alongside it.
Check that the job consuming the material was moved past the printing stage — stock draws down on that transition, not when the job is created. If the numbers still disagree with the shelf, send us the job and material and we will trace it.
Still stuck?
Send us the specifics — institution, role, and what you were doing when it broke. We answer during business hours in your timezone.
